Hi, my name is Rick Welch, My Corporation Gladiator Enterprises Inc. and doing business as," Gladiator Patrol & Guard", was founded in 1991. and was Incorporated in 1994.
I started this company and as it's first Guard I patrolled our first Clients Property. I had a vision of starting a guard company based on Honor, Integrity, service, and well trained employees; A company where my clients get what they pay for, and where my job everyday is to be honest, trustworthy and loyal.
My company and my Staff work as a team and are proud to be a part of something that is exactly that, "A Team". We have realized that vision and this is our standard.
Our very first customer was the Van Nuys Airport in Van Nuys California prestigiously guarding Stealth Bombers fuel Depot 24 hours a day in 1991.
We still service a great company in Laguna Niguel California today that we began over 32 years ago. Since that day we have grown, and have had many men and women working in uniform for many more clients and continue today in several Southern California cities.
Another prestigious and high profile job we performed was in May of 1994 for the Miss Universe Pageant to personally guard Miss Universe, from New Delhi India, Miss Sushmita Sen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sushmita_Sen
